âIâve attended the scrum master certification course with Jeff in Munich at the beginning of December and got the âscrum bug.â It made all the difference between reading about scrum and attending webinars and actually âgettingâ it. Jeffâs enthusiasm and convictions are contagious and the team went out of its way to make sure every question participants had was answered. âCSM-Schulung: Wissen, Erfahrung und jede Menge SpaĂ!
Der Kurs war ausgezeichnet organisiert. Es waren 5 Trainer, einer davon Jeff Sutherland. Besser geht's nicht. Alle standen auch abends nach der Veranstaltung, fĂŒr Fragen und Erfahrungsaustausch zur VerfĂŒgung.
Die Wissensvermittlung wurde unmittelbar an praktische Ăbungen gekoppelt. Das direkte Erleben erheblicher Performancesteigerungen (QualitĂ€t und QuantitĂ€t), rĂ€umt letzte Zweifel aus. Eine winzige 2-Minuten-Ăbung mit Kollegen hat hier (zurĂŒck im BĂŒro-Alltag) schon mal fĂŒr einen DenkanstoĂ bei Skeptikern gereicht. (Dabei soll's nicht bleiben.)
Es war ein groĂartiger Spirit in der Trainingsgruppe. Jede Menge SpaĂ beim Ăben (unter fiesem Zeitdruck) und gute Argumente fĂŒr ein besseres (Arbeits-)Leben machen fĂŒr mich die Sache rund.
Ich hÀtte noch tagelang weiter machen können. Schade, dass es schon vorbei ist.
Solche Schulungen hĂ€tte ich gern immer. Das war mit Abstand eine meiner Besten. Herzlichen Dank fĂŒr zwei wirklich grandiose Tage.
